General Warranty
Teeoctopus.ca explicitly disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding merchandise or fitness for a specific purpose. While we utilize quality materials, variations in laundering conditions and detergents make it impossible for Teeoctopus.ca to guarantee against fading or shrinkage of garments during laundering. It is imperative to report any claims against your order within 5 days of receipt. No exchanges, refunds, or compensation beyond this 5-day period will be entertained.
Shipping and Delivery
Teeoctopus.ca is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services and cannot offer refunds or discounts due to such delays. Our guarantee extends only to the timely departure of the client’s order from Teeoctopus.ca premises. The quoted price covers a single shipment without storage, F.O.B., the local client’s place of business, or F.O.B. Teeoctopus.ca platform for out-of-town clients unless stated otherwise. Proposals assume a continuous and uninterrupted delivery of completed orders unless specifications explicitly state otherwise.
Proofs
To prevent delays in meeting the final due date, it is essential to communicate proof approvals and revisions directly with our designer. Revisions and approvals conveyed by clients through email may result in order delays.
Teeoctopus.ca acknowledges any inadvertent errors that may occur during production. However, Teeoctopus.ca cannot be held accountable for errors if the word, design, or logo is printed as per the client’s approval or if changes are conveyed verbally.
Replacement
Teeoctopus.ca retains the right to replace materials with those of equal or superior quality, unless prior written agreement for such substitutions has been established.
Colour Confirmation
Considering variations in equipment, garments, inks, and other factors during color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable difference in color between color proofs and the final completed order will be deemed an acceptable aspect of the delivery.
