Our online Design Studio provides users with a user-friendly interface to create their own unique t-shirt designs with the help of pre-designed templates, graphics, fonts, and tools to customize their designs. Users can experiment with different colour combinations, text styles, and graphics to create a truly one-of-a-kind design for their t-shirt.

General Questions

How do I get a quote?
To obtain a quote, please follow these steps through our design studio. Start by uploading your design to your chosen product, then click on the 'Get Quote' button located at the screen's bottom. This action will bring you to the quote screen. Here, choose your preferred quantity and click 'Update Quote'. The updated screen will display the total cost as well as the price for each individual item.
Do you do sample order?
In view of the considerable volume of orders we handle, we regret to inform you that we do not provide free sample orders. Nevertheless, we invite you to place a modest order as a trial run before committing to a larger order to assess our printing services. If you're apprehensive about the quality of print, we recommend visiting our gallery page to view examples of our work. It's important to note, however, that the printing method used for a small trial order or sample may not be the same as that used for a larger order. Typically, we employ DTG printing and vinyl for small-scale orders, while screen printing is generally reserved for larger orders. Please bear this in mind when ordering samples.
What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?
Claims regarding any misprints, damage, or defects in items need to be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. For lost packages, claims must be lodged no more than 60 days post the estimated delivery date. Any mistakes made on our end will be rectified at our cost.

As we specialize in customized printing, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues or a change of heart by the buyer. If a garment's fit doesn't meet your expectations but aligns reasonably with the provided size chart, we won't be able to refund the product. Please refer to the size charts on each product page and ensure your design is as per your specifications before confirming your order. Please note that the size of the received product might vary slightly from the size chart due to manufacturer variations. If a specific item lacks a size chart, feel free to request one at orders@teeoctopus.com. If the received product doesn't match (within a reasonable range) the digital confirmation seen at checkout, we will reprint the order without additional charges, provided the original items are sent back to us (at our expense).

In case of any discrepancies with your order, send an email to orders@teeoctpus.com with the subject line “Request Return for Order [your order number]”.

Return Reasons Incorrect Address - If the courier deems the provided address as inadequate, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we've confirmed an updated address.

Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments that return to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment.

Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges for printed items. Exchanges on blank garments are possible if returned unused. These are subject to a 25% restocking fee payable by the customer. Customers bear the shipping costs for returning items to Teeoctopus.ca. Exchanges will only be made upon our receipt and verification of the items' undamaged condition.

Cancellations: We do not accommodate order cancellations as all orders are made-to-order and the process starts as soon as the order is placed. If you wish to inquire about an order cancellation, please email us at order@teeoctopus.com. We'll attempt to facilitate a cancellation request, but please note that it is not guaranteed.
What happens if my order is late or exceeds the expected delivery time?
Teeoctopus.ca endeavours to fulfill all orders by the estimated delivery date indicated on our website, cart pages, and invoices. It's important to clarify that the shipping date mentioned on our website signifies the day the order departs from our facility, not the day it reaches the customer. Typically, based on your location in Canada, most orders arrive 1-5 business days post-shipment. Deliveries to major cities usually arrive sooner, while those to remote regions may take more time.

Keep in mind that all orders are based on estimated delivery dates, and no refunds will be given for orders arriving post the estimated date. We do, however, commit to doing our utmost to ship by these dates and to communicate any potential issues that could result in late delivery when feasible.

For customers who need a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend using our expedited and rush options, as we can assure the delivery date for these orders.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
At Teeoctopus.ca, if the custom products you receive deviate significantly from your original design or have noticeable flaws, or if there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, you may have the option to return the custom goods and receive a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your claim for a reprint or refund. It's important to note that we do not offer refunds for artwork that falls within our standard artwork size or for garments that slightly differ from the size charts on our website. However, if your items are stained, damaged, or if the print is significantly different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund.
