General Questions
How do I get a quote?
To receive a quote, start by uploading or customizing your design on your chosen product. Next, select your preferred quantity and proceed to checkout. This will direct you to a quote summary, where the updated screen will display the total cost, including the price per item and shipping fees.

Do you do sample order?
Due to the high volume of orders we process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer free sample orders. However, we encourage you to place a small trial order to evaluate our printing quality and services before committing to a larger order. Please note that the printing method used for small trial orders or samples may differ from those used for bulk orders. For smaller quantities, we typically use DTF (Direct-to-Film) or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, while screen printing is generally reserved for larger orders. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to keep this in mind when placing sample orders.
What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?
Claims for Misprints, Damage, or Defects
Claims for misprints, damaged items, or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be filed within 60 days of the estimated delivery date. Any errors on our part will be corrected at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Exchanges
As a custom printing company, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. If a garment’s fit aligns reasonably with the provided size chart but does not meet your expectations, we are unable to issue a refund. Please carefully review the size charts on each product page and double-check your design before confirming your order. Note that slight variations in sizing may occur due to manufacturer differences. If a product does not include a size chart, you may request one at sales@teeoctopus.ca.
If the received product does not reasonably match the digital confirmation shown at checkout, we will reprint your order at no extra charge, provided the original items are returned to us (shipping costs covered by us).
To report discrepancies, email sales@teeoctopus.ca with the subject line: “Request Return for Order [your order number].”
Return Reasons
Incorrect Address: If the courier deems the provided address invalid, the shipment will be returned to us. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once we confirm an updated address.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for printed items. Exchanges for blank garments are possible if returned unused, subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs paid by the customer. Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and verify the items in undamaged condition.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations as all items are made-to-order, and production begins immediately after purchase. If you wish to inquire about a cancellation, email us at sales@teeoctopus.ca. While we will attempt to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed.

What happens if my order is late or exceeds the expected delivery time?
Shipping and Delivery
At Tee Octopus, we strive to fulfill all orders by the estimated delivery date provided on our website, cart pages, and invoices. Please note that the shipping date displayed on our website refers to the day your order leaves our facility, not the day it arrives at your location.
Most orders within Canada are delivered within 1-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities tend to arrive sooner, while shipments to remote areas may take additional time.
Estimated Delivery Dates
All orders are processed based on estimated delivery dates. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, we cannot issue refunds for orders that arrive after the estimated delivery date. We are committed to shipping orders on time and will communicate any potential delays whenever possible.
Guaranteed Delivery
For customers requiring a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend selecting our expedited or rush shipping options. These services allow us to ensure your order arrives by the specified date.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
At Tee Octopus, if the custom products you receive significantly deviate from your original design, have noticeable flaws, or if there is a substantial delay in delivery, you may be eligible to return the items and receive a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please allow 1-5 business days for us to review your claim for a reprint or refund. Note that we do not offer refunds for:
- Artwork that falls within our standard artwork size guidelines.
- Garments that have minor variations from the size charts provided on our website.
- Items are stained, damaged, or defective.
- The print significantly differs from what was ordered.
